Old Mutual is to combine two of its UK asset management businesses, Old Mutual Asset Managers UK (OMAM UK) and Skandia Investment Group (SIG), into a single business. The unified business will give Old Mutual a significant asset management presence in the UK, from which it can drive future growth. Paul Feeney, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Old Mutual Long Term Savings Division
Paul joined Old Mutual plc from BNY Mellon Asset Management International where he was Executive Director and Head of Distribution. Prior to joining BNY Mellon Paul was Managing Director and Head of Distribution for Gartmore Investment Managers, responsible for all sales, marketing, product development and multi-manager divisions of Gartmore globally. Paul's extensive background in both asset management and wealth management includes positions at NatWest, where he was Chief Executive of NatWest Private Bank and NatWest Investments USA as well as three years at Coutts.
Paul has a first class honours degree and a PhD in financial economics. In 2011, he received an Honorary Fellowship for his services to the financial services industry from Bangor University.

Julian Ide, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Skandia Investment Group and Old Mutual Asset Management
Julian Ide holds the dual role of CEO Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK) and Old Mutual Asset Management's Head of Global Distribution. Julian joined OMAM UK from BBVA Asset Management where he was the Head of Institutional Business.
Prior to joining BBVA, Julian spent most of his career in a number of senior roles at Merrill Lynch Mercury, ABN AMRO Asset Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management. Julian holds a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.

Marc Bulstrode, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Before joining Skandia, Marc spent six years with Barclays where he held various leadership roles, most recently as a director within the Wealth Business.
Prior to Barclays, Marc held a number of senior finance roles with Aviva PLC.
Before that he spent over five years with KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

James Millard, Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
James joined Skandia in 2004 and became CIO of Skandia Investment Group in April 2007.
Prior to Skandia, James was an equity analyst at Orbis Investment Advisory Limited in London, working as part of the team managing Orbis' award winning Japan and global funds.
Before that, he worked for KPMG as an Assistant Manager in its Financial Business Unit, servicing Asset Managers, Investment Banks and Pension Funds.

Paul Nathan, Chief Risk Officer
Paul Nathan joined OMAM in January 2012 as chief operating officer, working closely with the CEO in the day to day running of the business. He is responsible for operations, technology, finance, risk, compliance, legal and HR. He previously worked for OMAM as director of risk (2005-2009) and then as chief operating officer (2007-2009), before taking up the role of COO of Oxford University's Saïd Business School (2009-2011).
Paul began his career in 1989 at Bristows, a London law firm specialising in intellectual property, where he practised as a solicitor. He then joined The Energy Group on its demerger from Hanson in 1997, where he became Head of Group Strategy.
After a brief period at a telecoms start-up, he joined Old Mutual plc's UK head office in 2000 where he held a variety of strategic and M&A roles, before joining OMAM. He holds an MA (Oxon) in physics from St. Catherine's College, Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainbleau.

Simon Wilson, Interim Head of Marketing and Distribution
Simon Wilson was appointed to his current position in April 2010, having been Director of Marketing & Strategy since 2008 and joining OMAM as Head of Marketing in 2004. Before this he was Head of Marketing at Govett Investments, prior to which he spent over 10 years in various marketing roles in Old Mutual’s UK and international businesses and at Stewart Wrightson.

Richard Vincent, Interim Head of Product
Richard is responsible for product and proposition development in SIG.
He has been with Skandia for five years, but he has worked for the business before having previously set up the Open Architecture team in the UK Asset Management Division.
Before that he headed up investment marketing for the UK Group. He also pioneered the use of online investment tools through the creation of Uselect.
